Returns

In accordance with health guidelines the following items NOT ELIGIBLE for return:

• BRA

• PANTY

• SHAPEWEAR

• SWIMWEAR

• SLEEPWEAR w/ PANTY

• Damaged, abused, worn

• Soiled due to smoke, perfume, body odour or deodorant

All other items within 15 days for store credit or exchange.


For website orders:


• You must call to obtain a Return Authorization number before sending item

• Must be returned within 30 calendar days of the original post mark

• Must contain the original receipt

• Must have all tags on the garment and original packaging.

• An email will be sent out to you when the processing has been complete and the credit is on your account with My Top Drawer.

When mailing back please ensure it is a proper shipping package as you are responsible for the items.


Exchanges

If you need an exchange on an item, you must contact My Top Drawer to ensure we have the correct fit in stock. At that time you can mail back the item and we will send out the correct size at your expense. My Top Drawer will only be responsible for the expense of the original shipment
