Return Policy

A proper fit is our priority! If you’re unsure of your measurements, please use our fit guide to assist you.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 14 days from the time of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items eligible for exchange must meet the conditions listed below. Any product not meeting these conditions is not eligible for an exchange:

  • Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed
  • Item(s) must be in original packaging, or have all original tags attached
  • Item(s) must be free of scents (perfumes, pets, smoke, etc.)
  • For swimwear, hygienic liner must be intact and securely in its original position

The following items are final sale, and not eligible for exchange:

  • Panties
  • Bra Solutions
  • Gift Cards
  • On-Sale items

Damages/Defects

We’ll replace any damaged item or any item deemed by us to be defective. In the event any item appears damaged or defective, you may either return it in person to one of our five retail locations, or contact us to request a return authorization and return the damaged/defective item(s) to us by mail. Our trained staff will determine if the damage is due to manufacturer defect.

Online Returns

All online returns must be authorized; please contact us to request a return authorization. Online returns are received and inspected by our trained staff to determine whether an item is defective. If an item is determined to be misused or cared for improperly, it will be returned to the sender. 

Please note: You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a return. My Top Drawer is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipment of item(s) you are returning.

In-Store Returns

All in-store return requests will be evaluated by our trained staff to determine whether an item is eligible for return. For items that have not been professionally fit, we highly recommend our local customers visit your nearest retail location to process your exchange. Our professional fitters are happy to measure and fit you, as well as assist you in selecting the right size and style for your individual needs. For the most supportive and best look possible, get fit by a professional!

In addition, the following applies to our in-store returns:

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt within 14 days of the sale.
  • Returns will be issued a store credit.
  • All tags must be intact and garments must be unworn, unwashed and free of scents.
  • Items with gussets will not be exchanged i.e. panties, swimsuits, sleepwear bottoms.
  • No refunds on accessories.
  • All sale items are final.
