If you are unsure of your measurements, use the online fit guide to assist you. For items that have not been professionally fit, we highly recommend heading to your nearest location to assist you with your exchange.

Exchanges must be within a 14 day period & be accompanied by the original receipt. Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Original tags still attached or in the original packaging
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Hygienic liner of swimwear must be intact and securely in its original position
  • Free of Scent (Pet, Smoke, etc…)

The following items are final sale: No Exchange or Returns

  • Sales Items
  • Accessories
  • Gift Cards

My Top Drawer is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during the shipment of the item(s) you are returning.

For "in store" exchange or return requests, My Top Drawer employees will determine whether item is eligible to return.

My Top Drawer employees will also determine if damage to items are due to manufacturer defect. Our employees are trained for this and their opinion shall be binding.

Exchange Checklist:

  • Item must be in original condition as stated above
  • All exchanges must be within 14 days of purchase
  • All items must be accompanied by original receipt
  • All online exchanges must be authorized. Please request your authorization number in the form below.
  • RA number should be printed on the outside of your package

Returns (Defects or Damages only)

My Top Drawer will return/replace all defective or damaged items. In the event of a damage please request a Return Authorization Number (RA), accompanied by a photo of the item using the form below.

On-line returns are received & inspected to determine a manufacturers defect. If item is determined to be misused or improperly cared for it will be returned to sender. If it has been determined to be a manufacturers defect an online or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days and you will be notified upon completion.

*My Top Drawer is not responsible for all/any shipping fees for returns.

Any product not meeting these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

*Only regular priced items may be returned, all sale items are final sale.

Exchange Reminders:

  • Exchanges must be within 14 days
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt
  • Packages must have requested RA number written on the outside of the box. *We can not accept delivery of any package that does not have an RA number on it.
  • Garments must be in unwashed, unworn condition, free of any scent, stains & in original packaging.  Tags must still be attached.  (Scents include, but are not limited to; pet, smoke, perfume & body scent...)
  • No COD's will be accepted
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable
  • Any product not meeting these conditions are not eligible for an exchange
  • Panties, sale items, accessories & gift cards are final sale
Size Calculation

Bra measurements aren’t a perfect science we always recommend having this done by a bra fitting professional in store. But measuring yourself can give you a good idea of your size. Use our calculator to find your size.


  • Make sure you are standing straight
  • Adjust your bra strap firmly on your shoulder


  • Make sure you are measuring parallel to the ground
  • You should be able to fit 2 fingers beneath the measure tape
