I just bought my second skirt. This has a little boy short under and a layered mesh short skirt. It is a really cool item and has a high waist. It is comfortable and not old ladyish. The price is good as well! I wear it with a bra top to tan the tummy a bit or a tankini top. I just came back from Florida and got lots of compliments on it since it’s really different from the regular ‘skirts’.
