Almost totally happy

Ordered online for store pickup as I did not know how it would fit as first time ordering this form. Needed to exchange for a different size which the store had so this was quick and easy. However the price online was $72 and the store price was $80. I was told that the higher price was the new up to date price and that was what they charged. I paid the difference because I really liked the form. Did not seem totally fair so I give it four stars instead of five.
