My rating is solely based on the quality, material and beauty of the bras l purchased online from My Top Drawer. Very pleased with the design and details of each unique bra. However, prior to purchasing, I followed the exact instructions on the website to ensure a true fit. I was surprised that it measured me as having a C cup, so I remeasured ising a bra that is most comfortable a fits well, and it gave me the same outcome. I placed my order thinking that perhaps it’s measuring me based on the style of the bras. When they arrived, I noticed that they were too big and they definitely were!
I had to find a location in Burlington to return the bras and get the right sizes. They didn’t have the same brands I purchased online but exchanged them for a right fitting bras. The sales profssional measured me as per the instructions on the website and found that I was a B cup. I wil be going directly to the store in Burlington from for any future fittings. The bras are beautiful and the one on one professional customer service are qualities that will ensure that I return. My concern is the instructions on the website that should make it easy and convenient for customers to use but does not reflect true size.
