Love style, needed fix

I love the look/style, but did have to fix this upon receiving. One of the back straps was sewn in backward, so it wouldn’t lie flat on my back. I know how to sew, so decided it would be faster and cheaper to take it apart and sew it in properly myself (saving on shipping back a return), but was surprised this was even an issue to begin with. I’m a 34E in other Montelle bras and this runs small, so added an extender too. I’ll definitely be going into the store instead of buying online next time. Still, it’s a beautiful bra.
